How it all started

Jonaz never planned on becoming a builder. It all started when his wife and him bought an old, run-down house on the edge of town. The roof leaked, the floors sagged, and the kitchen hadn’t been updated in decades. Instead of hiring help, they both decided to take it on themself’s. He spent nights and weekends tearing out old cabinets, learning how to frame walls, lay tile, and even rewire electrical fixtures. He made mistakes—plenty of them—but each challenge taught him a new skill.

By the time he finished remodeling his home from top to bottom, neighbors and friends had noticed. One asked if he could renovate a bathroom. Another wanted a new deck. Slowly, Jonaz’s weekends filled with side jobs, and soon, he realized he had found his calling.

Years later, Jonaz now runs a fully licensed and insured building company. His team likes to focus on building exceptional outdoor living spaces, with the occasional bathroom, kitchen or basement remodel. When he pulls in to his house—the one he rebuilt with his own hands—he smiles, knowing it was the foundation of the life and business he is building from the ground up.
